We begin with the malted barley which is ground, mashed, screened, sieved, wort extraction and the resultant wort is fermented. Beer wort continues to be fermented to be industrially distilled later at the stage.

Rye/Grain a small percentage of maize, ground and consequently malted (conversion of starches into sugars) in house. We do rely entirely on our own, fundamental, high-quality raw product intended for the fermentation itself. The resultant spirit is of very fine grain aftertaste and aroma.
